At Kvitnes Farm they have a passion for locally produced ingredients as they want to live at one with nature and one of Norway’s most prominent chefs.
Taste the flavours of Vesterålen
At Kvitnes Farm you will taste the flavours of Vesterålen. The ingredients used are grown and gathered from the farm or bought from friends elsewhere in the region. In total they have about one acre of vegetable fields. There are also several animals living on the farm – sheep, pigs, cows, goats, ducks and hens.

A prominent chef
The chef of the restaurant is the well-known Halvar Ellingsen, one of Norway’s most prominent chefs. Previously he has worked for several of the finest restaurants in the country and been on the National Culinary team.
